Advanced Virtual Adult Glaucoma Fellowship

The Advanced Virtual Adult Glaucoma Fellowship, launched by BPOS in 2021, offers a structured and comprehensive virtual training platform dedicated to the improvement of glaucoma care in Pakistan. The programme is designed to strengthen practising glaucoma specialists’ knowledge and clinical skills through evidence-based training, while also providing valuable insight into the professional and administrative dimensions of glaucoma service delivery.

Fellows train under the guidance of distinguished BPOS faculty, ensuring the highest academic and clinical standards. This fellowship is a collaborative initiative between BPOS and the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan, reflecting a shared commitment to advancing glaucoma education, clinical excellence, and leadership in ophthalmology.

Although the fellowship primarily enrolled glaucoma specialists from Pakistan, it has recently welcomed fellows from the UK of Pakistani origin, fostering shared learning experiences and enhancing professional networking opportunities.
