Fellowships

Advanced Virtual Adult Glaucoma Fellowship 2021 is a programme initiated by BPOS to offer Virtual Glaucoma Fellowships. It is an oppertunity to gain insight into the professional and administrative leadership of glaucoma service.

It will provide supervised ophthalmic EVIDENCE BASED Training by the selected members of the BPOS faculty.

The 2021 fellowship programme recieved an enormous interest and BPOS is pleased to share names of 3 candidates selected for Advanced Virtual Adult Glaucoma Fellowship 2021 out of 42 applicants. Futher 5 candidates are on waiting list for 2022 and 2023.

This fellowship is a collaborative project of BPOS and College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan.

Mr Imran Masood is a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon and Director of the Glaucoma service at the prestigious Birmingham and Midland Eye Centre (a tertiary referral centre). He has  subspecialist interests in the assessment, diagnosis and medical and surgical management of all forms of Glaucoma.
