Minutes of the meeting
- Introduction of the members and contact details collected.
Sohaib Mustafa to make a formal database of the members; to discuss with the executives ,with regards to data confidentiality etc. - Discussion of BPOS constitution, which was put together by Sajjad Haider and M Zaheen after the inaugural meeting in September 2010 in Birmingham.
The regional heads of BPOS along with the executives to discuss further on the constitution and advise necessary alteration after legal consultations. - Register as charitable organization after proper consultation on legal matters.
- BPOS website to be launched. Mustafa Sohaib to work on it and if required take professional help.
- To develop a “LOGO” for the society
- Look at the possibility of forming a Yahoo group or FACEBOOK page. Azhar Majid gave ideas to control the contents of the website and Yahoo group with a moderator etc.
- Membership fees decided at £ 20 per year. It will be collected via direct debit.
